wah lao ytd was the cramps. and today? my foot is bruised -.- yes seriously totally completely bruised. nabeh whack on the bed so hard i almost cried wth.

den go training cannot run properly cannot walk properly...walk so guai until coach ask me whether my butt hurts -.- haha wah lao i limp also so funny meh?

and my batting is damn fu(king screwed up already. throws fielding NOT SO BAD lah but i need to get back the mentality to drive it down toward the ground! damn weird lah wth all the years i not leading divisions as a senior i all drive downwards den cannot lift to outfield. den when i not leading as senior i got problem already keep popping but never pop far enough. nabeh cannot make same mistake as last year.

today played friendly against c div. cb they fking piss me off okay. losing by so much still can talk like some ah beng liddat. not like their king of the world also right. den we talk is just to motivate to other team members only. at most we say (or i say) 'easy out' or wat...i dun use names i dun insult them i dun make fun of them. kns pooi i got damn pissed lah wtf. just as well tagged two people out at home and threw the most *diao* sec 1 out at two (Y) yea my throws coming along good sia.

really need to work on the psychological front for softball already. how to push each other to the limit, how to move spontaneously when a ball is hit in my direction, how to get rid of the fear of getting hit by the ball. see its weird man when i siam from the ball during warming up batting its cos i dun wear shin guards (wear for wat field in game also dun need wat got all dat armour). budden in the game in like oh fk pitch ball gna bounce better siam also. and im like there with all the bodyguard n wat shit n i try to do a lotus stop. can pull off its damn nice lah but most of the time cannot XD. haha. brian neh better improve lah dun pitch grounders to me -.-

thats why sometimes i wish i had a keefe as a pitcher XD. but not as showoff -.-

jibai den my baserunning today was bloody torture sia. run until almost limping. lucky i never get on base when i angry otherwise i slide the freaking balls out of the sec 2s. den game or no game on friday also got nobody to turn up haha.

dunno why my post today so informal o_O. haha later scared i freak out some people who come here like WAH slau suddenly type like some ah beng. well i got no more energy to mind my language lah fk. damn angsty.
